Founder of ICG Therapy and a licensed Marriage, Family, and Sex Therapist with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves, their partners, and their purpose. For over 10 years, I’ve worked closely with individuals, couples, and families to heal from trauma, rebuild trust, and grow in intimacy.
